Professor Kareem was elected to be an honorary member of the Japan Association for Wind Engineering

Certificate was received on his behalf by their former president of the association

Professor Kareem was elected to be an honorary member of the Japan Association for Wind Engineering (http://www.jawe.jp/en/about/introduction.html) , an over 500 member organization since 1976, the largest individual country association. In its 36 year history they have elected 3 international honorary members, two from Canada  and Prof. Kareem the first US honorary member.
