As engineering consultants, we partner with clients to address unique challenges in real estate and site development. Our mission is to advance community growth across the U.S. through innovative projects including residential neighborhoods, retail centers, schools, parks, and medical facilities.
In this seminar, we will explore the site design process, emphasizing how we develop creative solutions to address constraints, regulatory requirements and community needs. We will discuss the key stages of site design and land development, highlighting the multidisciplinary collaboration that is crucial for successful projects.
We will highlight our Clean Energy Renewable Gas Fueling Station project, which serves heavy-duty trucking fleets in the Chicagoland area and exemplifies a dedication to clean, renewable energy. This development is expected to cut emissions by 15,219 metric tons annually – equivalent to planting 253,643 trees over ten years, removing 3,308 gasoline cars from the road, or recycling 6,112 tons of waste rather than sending it to landfills. Sustainability and resilience will be central themes as we discuss how to incorporate these principles into site design, ensuring that developments are both environmentally responsible and future-proof.
Join us to discover how innovative site development fosters sustainable community growth and the essential role of engineering consultants in shaping the future.
